world and in diverse environments. We understand that different situations
require unique solutions. This is our specialty. Our team has experience
operating in several areas of the world, although we can go anywhere with some
notice and planning.

Summit Self
Defense® instructors are military and law enforcement veterans. We have
all survived deadly confrontations. There is no substitute for real-world
experience and our goal is to transfer our knowledge to your ‘bucket of
tools'. We take nothing away from you.

actually occur! We have been leading the scenario approach to training for over
20 years. Our curriculum is based on a '3-Dimensional' theory that creates
confidence on emotional, psychological and physical levels.

Robb Hamic
Certified Law Enforcement Trainer
Robb Hamic holds many instructor certifications in various methodologies of
self defense. Robb is a certified PDR (Personal Defense Readiness)
instructor, Commando Krav Maga Instructor, Certified Israeli Self Defense,
Ground Survival, Israeli Tactical Knife Fighting (ITK) and Israeli Combat
Shooting (ICS) Instructor. He is U.S. Army Gulf War Veteran, former Deputy and
Detective. He is also a Certified Law Enforcement Trainer (CLET) and he
instructs officers on all aspects of police work and weapons. His specialty is
hand-to-hand tactics, firearms, Taser and use of force. Robb has spent much of
his life in martial arts and training others. Robb is a regular columnist for
the International Association of Law Enforcement Firearms Instructors (IALEFI)
and has many published articles and training columns. >>>
